W 3-1 at home to Glasnevin 13/3
This was a good performance by the Saints in the big relegation battle v Glasnevin. The 'Diggers' seem to be digging a hole for themselves of late, and the Saints leapt above them by virtue of this victory. The super subs made the difference for Anne's - A dogged battle was tied at 1-1 until 'Jimmy' out of Fair City, who was a bit of mouthpiece the whole game to be fair - got himself send off for needlessly swinging a dig at Ronan Young. This combined with a double substitution changed the game on it's head, and it was subs Colm Lacey and Eddie Kealy who scored the vital goals to give the Saints 3 valuable points and send the Diggers home packing
